We know how frustrating it is to hear no reply after sending an email you're really excited about, or to feel like your ideas were misunderstood. From the first time you contact us, you'll hear back within 48 hours confirming our availability for your date.

From there, we'll schedule a quick phone or video consultation to get to know each other and to hear more about what you're looking for in your wedding flowers. We'll happily talk through any concerns you have and what the rest of the process looks like. Once we're confirmed as your florist, we're here to chat through any more details that come up along the way!
