On event day, we'll provide seamless delivery, styling and installation of designs, and removal of provided services.

WEDDING INQUIRY PROCESS
Inquire: Fill out our inquiry form to see if we are available for your event. You'll hear back from us within 48 hours confirming our availability and to schedule a short consultation call.
Consultation: We'll have a quick chat via video or phone to discuss your floral vision and to gather the details we need to create your custom proposal.
Proposal: You'll receive a custom quote and mood board for you to review that includes all of your floral elements.
Booking: If you love the proposal and where it's heading, great! A signed contract and deposit will be required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due thirty days from the event date.
Event: Once you've confirmed us as your florist, we will take it from there! We are available to answer questions throughout the planning process, and will confirm final details with you or your planner six weeks out from your event.
On event day, you and your guests will swoon over the florals and we will handle all the day-of details.

We recommend booking your wedding florist 6–12 months in advance, especially for large and popular Orlando wedding venues like Bella Collina, Casa Feliz, and the Acre Orlando. Larger venues require more coordination and planning to bring your wedding together.
Do you offer consultations for wedding flower design?
Yes! Floral consultations help determine your wedding style, color palette, floral preferences, and overall vision for bouquets, ceremony flowers, and reception decor, and are an important part of the planning process.
Are there additional fees for delivery or setup?
Delivery and setup fees vary depending on the venue location and size of the floral installation, but all fees are disclosed in your quote.
Do you provide rentals like vases, stands, or arches?
Yes, we offer a selection of rental items to complement your floral design, including vases, pedestals, and arch structures.
Do you only work in Orlando or all of Central Florida?
Wayward Blooms serves Orlando and the surrounding Central Florida, Tampa Bay, and East Coast areas, including Winter Park, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and beyond. We may also be available for weddings outside of these areas depending on our schedule. Please get in touch!
